  •Set Up Tool Library with details and assign procedures / schedules for inspections and maintenance. Assign tools to job, send tools to job with dispatch documents, and track them with Move Orders detailing sender, recipient, disposition decision maker, and approver. Print reports like Tool Lists, Customizable Tool Report and Tool Move History.
  •Enter Jobs with all relevant data on customer, location, targets, and constants.
  •Build BHAs from job tool list for selecting when entering Daily Drilling Log.
  •Maintain Daily Drilling Log with BHAs used and 24 hour Time Log data for each. Print reports like Daily Drilling Report, BHA Data Sheet, Motor Estimate, Motor Run Report, Graphs, and Tool Inventory.
  •Make Directional Drilling Survey Reports with Tie-In and Survey Stations data. Print reports like Survey Report and Slide Data Sheet.
  •Make MWD Reports with Daily Data and Time / Activity Log. Print reports like MWD Daily Report and Time and Activity Report.
  •Make DD and MWD Pipe Tally for each BHA, and print Pipe Tally sheets.
  •Set up Crew List and assign them to job / base. Set up schedules for training and certification of crew.
  •Enter expenses and other charges for making Field and Final Invoices.
  •Enter Points of Interest and Lessons Learned at the end of the job.
  •Compliance and Maintenance Planned Work Orders are generated for tools with schedules assigned.
  •Un-Planned Work Orders are entered for recording compliance deficiency or non-scheduled repair work. These work orders are printed from the program by the crew doing the work. On completion, they are closed out in the system with readings and comments noted.
  •Follow up progress on completing the work orders by viewing screens and printing reports.
  •Analysis of problems can be done for the tools on an operating unit or across all the tools in the database with screens and reports for Mean Time Between Failure,. Tools with Most Breakdowns, Tools causing Unit Downtime, Breakdown by Cause, Tools with worst Meg Trend, Compliance/maintenance Cost, and others.
  •Spare Parts Inventory Control is provided in an optional full featured Store Keeper module with automatic calculation of orders based on set Order Point and Economic Order Quantity. The parts can be issued when closing work orders. They are then deducted from inventory and will show up as changed in the Tools history screens
