The CMMS is now provided on the www. web and can be accessed from anywhere in the world with a browser and the right password. Data can be viewed, analyzed, and entered.  
 
SCREENS IN YOUR LANGUAGE
The program software is delivered with screens in English, Spanish, Portuguese, Russian, or French selected on the opening screen.
A translation screen is also included to translate to any new language.
Inspection procedures can be kept in many languages and work orders are printed in two of them.

FEATURES:  The CCMS is developed by maintech for operating conditions in the oil and marine industries with many operating units moving frequently and containing equipment that is constantly changing. It has all the features required for  managing Safety / Security / Regulatory  inspections, Preventive / Predictive / Corrective maintenance, Spare Parts inventory control, and Asset tracking.
The Maintainer CCMS can be provided in MS Access 97/2000/XP with the database in MS Access or MS SQL Server 2000 and / or as a web enabled application situated on your, or our, web server.

PRODUCTIVITY:  By letting the computers do the work, the human input has been drastically reduced in this software.
An example: An entire Operating Unit (rig, vessel) can be copied to a new one by selecting from two dropdown lists and clicking a button.
This software allows us to provide services with less than half the personnel we would require with the outside software previously used by us.
   The software is easy to use and is installed on rigs/vessels where the crew, with minimum training, prints work orders, closes them , enters corrective work orders, and updates the maintenance office via e-mail or an Autosync program. 
   The e-mail transfers only changed records, and files are small for sending over satellite.
   One client now has about 15,000 pieces of equipment and over 250,000 work orders in the database with no appreciable slowing down of the system operation.
   The software has been submitted to Det Norske Veritas for type approval for use as "Survey Arrangement based on Planned Maintenance System" described in the Rules for Classification of Ships/MOU Pt.7 Ch.2.

WEB APPLICATION:  maintech can provide the Compliance Management System set up on our web server, or yours, with the same functionality as the software. You can view, print, analyze, and enter your data from anywhere in the world with a browser.
   Inspection work orders can be printed out and closed on completion. Corrective work orders can be entered for deficiencies and other repair work.
   We manage the application including the database and customizing the front end to your requirements. To ensure database integrity, we check data coming in before updating the database.
   Discussion pages for exchanging information on work orders and other topics is included in the application. This will also notify all concerned of new postings by email.
