A New Water Removing Technology for Alcohol Blended Gasoline, Diesel Fuel Systems, Hydraulic Oils, & Industrial Oils.
WaterGuard Technology Products Co. has developed a new filtration technology that has been granted U.S. Patent # 7,425,266-B2 for the chemistry that allows WaterGuard Filters to remove water, acids, and solids from Gasoline, Diesel Fuel, Hydraulic Oil, and Industrial Oil systems. WaterGuard Technology removes water even if it has emulsified into the oil and bonded to an acid which is something no other filter is reported able to do. This new filter removes solids as other filters do and by individually bonding to the Hydrogen Atoms and the Oxygen Atom it removes the H
2O molecule to restore contaminated oil and fuel’s to the clarity of new oil or fuel, even while the oil remains in service. This new technology allows the WaterGuard Filters to be used with Hydraulic Oils, Industrial Oils, Gasoline, Alcohol Blended Gasoline, Sulfur Blended Diesel, and Bio-Diesels.WaterGuard Filters can restore existing contaminated Hydraulic or Industrial oils back to being as clean as their new oil, and then they can maintain the oil in that new oil condition for extended periods of time. When the filter has reached its solids or water holding capacity, the increased in pressure gage reading will alert the operator that the filter will soon need changing and by an increase in the frequency of filter changes, the filter acts as a monitor, to alert the maintenance manager that water has developed in their bulk tank.
When this happen the WaterGuard’s Portable Tank Filtering System can be used to clean the reservoir or storage tank by the system’s ability to transfer the separated alcohol or water from the tank’s bottom to drums for disposal. Then this system can filter the remaining Gasoline, Diesel Fuel, Hydraulic oil, or Industrial oil in the tank to remove solid particulates and the water that can be emulsified or held suspended by an acid or blended alcohol, and when this is done, the oil or fuel will be restored to in a clean as new oil condition.
WaterGuard’s portable 30-gpm filtering systems can remove up to four gallons of water per filter change outs, while WaterGuard’s 4" x 5" spin-on dispenser filter can remove 12 ounces of water, and WaterGuard’s 4"x 9" spin-on filter can remove 16 ounces of water and on reaching their water holding capacities they will slow their flow to cause an increase on the pressure gage reading that will alert the operator that it is time to change the filter. Atmospheric Desiccating Packets contain a new
patented technology that is able to remove both liquid
water and water vapor from the atmosphere of an enclosed
space. WaterGuard Desiccating Bags removes water by
radiating a strong negative field that will draw the H2O
molecules from the atmosphere into this new desiccating
bag. With WaterGuard’s Patented Technology Desiccant
Bags there will be no moisture within the atmosphere of
your shipments or electrical systems to cause the
condensate and rust that form within the enclosed
atmospheres of shipped goods electrical systems, panels,
motor controls, instruments, and communications systems.
WaterGuard Desiccant Bags radiates a strong negative-valiant field that can draw the positive-valiant H2O molecules through the atmosphere to co-valiant bond with the Patented material that is in the WaterGuard Desiccating Bag. The elastic nature of this new Desiccant Material allows it to swell as it accommodate up to 1000 times the volume of water that crystalline structured desiccating material can remove and the swelling of the packet alerts the operator that the packet is ready to be replaced. - “HYDRO-BLOCK” Water Blocking Industrial Gel is a soft grease-like material designed to stop the migration of water through electrical conduits into electrical systems and wire connection boxes. HYDRO-BLOCK comes in 10 and 30 ounce caulking tubes and 5 gallon pails that allow easy injection of HYDRO-BLOCK into electrical conduits, wire connection boxes, switch boxes, and any other enclosed area that is to be protected from invasive water. On contact with water HYDRO-BLOCK has the unique property of releasing negative valiant polymeric groups that are drawn by the water that co-valiant bond with the H2O molecules and in doing so turns the water to a rubbery material that is incapable of fluid movement. In doing so, the water itself, acts as a barrier to any further water passing through the conduit. HYDRO-BLOCK is a patented composition designed to never harden to allow future installation or removal of wires. It will not freeze at forty degrees below zero and will not melt even if it is on fire. HYDRO-BLOCK also acts as a barrier to the passage of insects such as ants.
